Since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have implemented a number of preventive measures. Louvre Hotels Group has implemented a special training program for all employees to ensure full compliance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the government and regional health agencies.

The hygiene protocols in our hotels have been strengthened to guarantee both you and our employees a safe environment. Our teams are trained and monitored on an ongoing basis.

Each hotel has a designated contact person who oversees the implementation of protective measures, staff training and compliance with security guidelines. All our employees are constantly updated, specially trained and regularly assessed for all new procedures. Our staff is constantly informed about safety. The procedures for cleaning and disinfecting the rooms and common areas several times a day have been strengthened (in particular: elevator buttons every 2 hours, door handles, seats, tables, switches, floors, etc.). All irrelevant items in the rooms and public areas (decorative pillows, blankets, pens, hotel trays, etc.) have been removed.

Before you come

  • We will contact you to check your arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process

  • If possible, we will leave a gap of at least 24 hours between departures and arrivals of guests in a given room

  • All keys / cards are thoroughly disinfected after each use

  • Linen is washed and disinfected, as is any laundry

On arrival

  • You have water-alcohol gel dispensers at your disposal

  • All our receptionists wear face masks, have water-alcohol dispensers and disinfectant wipes on hand to keep the workplace perfectly clean at all times

On departure

  • There will be a container at your disposal where you can deposit the key / card (disinfected before and after each use)

  • Your invoice will be sent by e-mail to the address provided.

What else we do to keep your stay safe:

  • We encourage you to pay by credit card (all credit card terminals are thoroughly cleaned before / after each use)

  • Seating at the reception desk has been arranged in accordance with the recommended protocol for a distance of 1.5 meters

  • We implement strict protocols for cleaning and sanitizing rooms in accordance with health and safety procedures, using specific products as recommended (disinfection, frequent and thorough hand washing for our staff, step-by-step cleaning instructions, etc.)

  • We are strengthening security measures in all food and beverage areas in the field of breakfast

  • All catering staff must wear a face mask

  • We enforce the 1-meter social distance

  • For safety reasons and for the sake of your health, cleaning of the residence room takes place only at the guest's request, following strict sanitary procedures.
